Job Summary
Assist the Project Manager in coordinating commercial construction projects from start to finish, maintaining project organization, documentation, scheduling, and communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality. Responsibilities include assisting with subcontractor procurement, contracts, and purchase orders; tracking RFIs, submittals, and change orders; supporting monthly owner billing and job cost reports; maintaining project documentation and contract drawing updates; coordinating permits and inspections; attending project meetings and distributing minutes; assisting with schedules, punch lists, and closeout documentation; maintaining organized project files and construction administration records. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) and 1+ year experience in a similar role; proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- 1+ year experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar construction role
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (experience with construction software a plus)
