Job Summary
Asst Project Lead at JLL leads project delivery by assembling and directing project teams, setting organizational structures and procedures, and managing projects from pre-design through completion. The role entails budgeting, objective setting to achieve profits, negotiating with authorities, maintaining client relationships, retaining new business from landlords and investors, and promoting JLL offerings to prospects and networks. Strong leadership, strategic communications, initiative, and effective decision-making are required to drive project success in a Chennai-based, on-site environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in relevant property-related discipline
- minimum of 15 years’ experience in design, construction and project management
- strong leadership and management skills
- effective delegation of responsibility and authority within teams
- fluent in written and spoken English
- ability to build and maintain client relationships
- ability to promote business offerings to landlords and investor networks
