Assistant Project Director

Job Summary

Direct program elements, development, and administration in coordination with the Project Director. Make recommendations on pay increases, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews while defining workloads and monitoring progress. Serve as a liaison with community agencies and referral sources, representing Red Rock and initiating cooperative linkages. Complete all necessary paperwork, progress notes, special reports, and statistical data to meet quality management requirements. Facilitate Care Plans for consumers within the Red Rock Health Team and maintain a safe environment through constant follow-up with all involved agencies. Attend staff meetings, workshops, and seminars to maintain core competencies in working with co-occurring disorders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 6 Months experience in high fidelity wraparound
  • Experience working with community resources
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time

Desired Qualifications

  • Mental Health related field
  • One year of direct experience in Systems of Care
  • One year experience in a leadership role
