Assist Programme Lead for the ICAN Get Up & Go Strength & Balance programme, coordinating and delivering strength and balance classes for older adults in Northamptonshire; manage referrals, programme administration, data collection and monitoring, and help showcase impact through stories and reports. Full training and support provided; ideal for someone taking their first step into a rewarding career in physical activity, health or community sectors. Requires empathy for older adults and an interest in the benefits of physical activity in later life.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in coordinating and delivering health, sport, or community programmes is preferred.
