Job Summary
As a Residential Assistant Program Manager, you will collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure the effective delivery of person-centered support services under MN 245D regulations. You will engage in developing individualized service plans, coordinate quality care for individuals, maintain documentation, and ensure high professional standards. Essential responsibilities include leading a team, providing training and coaching, assisting with scheduling, and promoting community integration. The position requires strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of full-time experience working in a Community Residential setting
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Possession of a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
- Ability to assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, home maintenance, and community outings
- Must successfully complete Thomas Allen’s Medication Administration training course and prove competency
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance required
- Current or willing to obtain First Aid training and CPR Certificate
