Job Summary
Supervise staff and ensure individuals with developmental disabilities are treated with dignity while promoting their self-advocacy and decision-making. Develop community-centered opportunities, schedule medical and psychiatric appointments, and complete progress notes and documentation. Monitor staff scheduling for program coverage, audit financial records for monthly reports, and ensure accurate medication administration per MAP procedures. Lead staff meetings as appropriate. Requires high school diploma, two years related experience, valid driver's license, and vehicle access. Blended schedule includes Saturdays, Tuesdays through Fridays, with a starting rate of $20.25/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent degree
- Two years' related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to exercise sound judgement
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valid driver's license
- Access to an operational and insured vehicle
- Willingness to use vehicle to transport clients
