Job Summary
Assist with hands-on direct care and program operations in a Residential Program for adults with ID/DD, including developing and presenting ISP goals, coordinating scheduling and staff supervision, providing transport as needed, and communicating with families/guardians to ensure consistent programming. Requires bachelor’s degree, experience with ID/DD, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background checks; MAP certification preferred. Responsibilities encompass health and safety, personal care tasks, education/training, counseling, community mobility, money management, and coordination with residential staff and Director to implement annual ISPs and semiannual agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; related experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- MAP certification is preferred
- Experience working with Individuals with ID/DD
- Must be able to pass Fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC and Driving background checks
