Job Summary
Promote the independence and self-determination of individuals using person-centered practices that focus on strengths and preferences. Manage holistic healthcare, nutrition, and wellness by tracking appointments, communicating with CMS and medical providers, and coordinating transportation for medical and recreational activities. Supervise DSPs and shift supervisors through continual coaching and mentoring while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and maintaining a safe, stimulating environment. Assign staff to appropriate ratios and facilitate participation in community activities and natural support relationships. Ensure health and safety requirements are observed and manage personal property access for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a related field
- five years' experience in ID/DD
- supervisory/management experience in a residential setting
- Effective written and oral communication skills

- CPR & First Aid
- Behavior Tech Training
- Computer skills (e.g. MS Office suite and Windows)
