Job Summary
Assist the Program Director in managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring safe, high-quality programming across the site. Maintain a visible presence throughout program hours to monitor compliance with agency and DYCD requirements while providing coaching and feedback. Serve as the Inclusion Coordinator, developing Individualized Accommodation Plans, managing Student Behavioral Support Plans, and coordinating specialized services for participants with disabilities and English Language Learners. Collaborate with school partners, community providers, and the Behavioral Health Division to ensure integrated support. Support staff onboarding, training, and professional development focused on inclusive practices and trauma-informed care. Communicate regularly with families regarding student needs and progress, and facilitate community events celebrating diversity. Requires an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience with at least three years working with youth. Salary range $26.50–$28.00.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with youth in educational or community settings
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting children and youth with disabilities and/or English Language Learners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems
