Job Summary
Oversee residential services and living units as a member of the Site Management Team, stepping in as Program Director in the absence of the Program Director; ensure the Rite of Passage program is implemented in accordance with ROP policies and licensing requirements, manage resources to provide high-quality care, and supervise Shift Supervisors and direct care staff to maintain a safe, supportive environment for youth. The role emphasizes leadership in program operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and collaboration with leadership to drive program quality and youth outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field
- Four years of related experience in residential facility management
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Pass criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
- Pass search of the child and adult abuse central registry
- Must be able to meet the requirements of an ROP-eligible driver, including having a valid Driver’s License
