Job Summary
Provide clinical and administrative supervision for Home and Community Based services staff delivering strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes. Manage direct care teams while overseeing the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans and carrying a small caseload. Complete intake assessments, review treatment plans within the Electronic Health Record, and provide weekly clinical and task supervision to team members. Model case opening processes including initial home visits and support new staff through the orientation process. Requires LCSW licensure, master's degree, and minimum two years supervising clinicians for youth behavioral health. Hybrid schedule available with Summer Fun Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field
- Independent NY state licensure
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community setting
- Proficiency with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Access to secure internet
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications

- Experience in quality management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle
