Job Summary
Assistant Program Director for Non-Residential Services leads and supervises Non-Residential Case Managers serving Dallas facilities, ensuring client intakes and documentation accuracy, coordinating safety and building access, and driving ongoing staff development through onboarding, training, and monthly professional development on domestic violence issues. The role collaborates with Program Directors on service delivery and census monitoring, conducts weekly supervision and team meetings, supports policy implementation, and oversees program operations, training, and staff performance in a fast-paced environment to support survivors in crisis. Requires leadership capabilities, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a valid Texas driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, education, or related field required
- Master’s degree preferred but not required
- At least one to two years of managing staff
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and a clear driving record
