Job Summary
The Assistant Program Director will oversee one of the five bed Residential Treatment Programs at NFI North, focusing on supported housing services for individuals transitioning from or awaiting admission to Glencliff Home. Key responsibilities include assisting the Program Director with operational functions, administrative tasks like payroll and scheduling, staff supervision, and providing group and individual counseling. The role requires on-call availability and participation in the management team. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in human services and five years of supervisory experience or equivalent education and experience.
