Job Summary
Provide leadership and support for daily operations of client care programs in partnership with the Program Director. Ensure programs remain compliant with state and federal guidelines while working under the Program Director's guidance. Manage supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals for children, youth, and families. Maintain proficiency in quality management and utilize Microsoft Office, high-speed secure internet, and a reliable vehicle for commuting to office locations. Full-time role with a salary of $75,000 to $85,000, featuring Summer Fun Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Required Qualifications
- Active Independent clinical license in state of Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC)
- Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
- Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
- Previous training experience
- Proficiency with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle with ability to commute one of our office locations
- Access to high speed secure internet
