Job Summary
Provide 24-hour clinical and administrative back-up on-call support to MCI/CCS/Respite staff in rotation. Monitor and ensure quality of care, adherence to regulations, risk assessment, collaboration, and documentation. Complete required clinical, administrative forms, and releases. Assist leadership in managing day-to-day operations including regulatory compliance, billing, EHR data entry, contract data management, and facility purchasing. Facilitate scheduled staff meetings in collaboration with the Program Director. Work Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm (40 hours), with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support a 24/7/365 program.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work or other related clinical human service discipline
- Independent clinical licensure
- Two years supervisory experience in a similar mental health setting
- Three years' clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Monday - Friday 9am-5pm schedule
