Job Summary
Manage ongoing treatment and services for the CBHC Component Service and Outpatient Program while directly supervising treatment team managers and outpatient supervisors. Utilize data to inform programmatic decisions and actively participate in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives for program quality and access to care. Ensure staffing patterns are scheduled and staffed according to regulation for all hours of operation. Provide consultation and group supervision to multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, prescribers, peers, nurses, case managers, and administrative staff. Maintain clinical leadership and direction in providing program services that integrate medical and behavioral health commensurate with mission, regulations, and quality measures. Full-time, 40 hours per week, hybrid schedule with four days in-office.
Required Qualifications
- Independent Licensure - LMHC, LICSW or LMFT
- Master's Degree in a clinical mental health related discipline
- 3 years post independent licensure
- Five years clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary health setting
- Three years experience working in a managerial/supervisory or administrative experience in a similar mental health setting
- Knowledge of and experience with youth/families
- Knowledge of and experience with adults with Serious Mental Illness
- Knowledge of and experience with persons with Substance Use Disorder (including Medication Assisted Treatment)
