Job Summary
Assistant Program Director works with the franchise owner and team to build the Volusia County territory (potential Seminole County/Winter Park involvement), overseeing day-to-day operations of the local youth-sports franchise. Responsibilities include developing and executing a business marketing plan, supervising part-time staff and volunteer coaches, leading league-wide communications, developing rosters, schedules, and programming for various sports, managing leagues/camps/clinics, ensuring excellent customer service, and upholding brand standards. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, independence, problem-solving, leadership in safety, relationship-building, and the ability to work nights/weekends; role may evolve into a full-time salary position for the right candidate. Each franchised location is independently owned and responsible for local hiring decisions.
