Job Summary
Support the Director in day-to-day program operations by implementing agency policy, ensuring DDS compliance, and supervising the medical, nutritional, and general welfare of residents. Provide personal care assistance consistent with defined support plans and participate in developing and reviewing Individual Service Plans. Screen and interview candidates for staff openings, while overseeing the admission process for individuals entering the program. Maintain confidentiality and protect the rights of all supported individuals. Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Active MAP certification
- High School diploma
- At least 2 year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
- A passion and dedication to supporting our people
- Valid Driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable driving record
- Must pass company background and reference checks
Desired Qualifications
- BA degree in Human Services or related field
- Management or supervisory experience
