Job Summary
Lead academic and administrative leadership for Doctor of Nursing Practice programs by implementing, evaluating, and improving curriculum while teaching assigned courses. Mentor students on scholarly projects and advise faculty on professional development, ensuring alignment with AACN Essentials and accreditation standards. Monitor student progression and program outcomes to drive continuous quality improvement, while supporting clinical partnerships and regulatory compliance. Represent the DNP Programs in meetings and committees as delegated by the Program Director.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered registered nurse licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Graduate degree in nursing
- Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or other earned doctoral degree
- Experience in graduate nursing education
- Demonstrated teaching effectiveness
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
