Assistant Program Director (Flushing Queens)

Assist in the day-to-day supervision of program staff and collaborate with other programs to ensure coordination and integration of services. Oversee monitoring of budget, audits, and program compliance. Develop and adapt programs to align with agency mission and client needs; maintain knowledge to evaluate program adaptation; ensure quality of service; participate in and document staff training; prepare statistical reports; build community referrals and working relationships; meet defined performance metrics; supervise under the Program Director including hiring, evaluating, and addressing personnel issues; leverage strong organizational and leadership skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual in Spanish preferred; experience with youth-based programs and strong program development capabilities required. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, or Psychology or related field.
