Job Summary
Oversee the Long-Term Structured Residence program by providing clinical and administrative guidance to staff, supervising Mental Health Technicians and Certified Peer Specialists, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Develop and implement policies, manage admission screenings and referrals, and maintain safe therapeutic environments through required inspections and safety drills. Assist with payroll oversight, conduct external liaison work with OMH/MR and agencies, approve progress notes in Evolv, and lead staff training initiatives. Handle 24-hour on-call responsibilities for emergency situations and attend all required internal and external meetings.
