Job Summary
Provide direct care and support while assisting in daily site operations for individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities. Coordinate meal prep, shopping, recreation planning, and household organization. Support MAP procedures, documentation, and safety protocols while maintaining communication with the Program Coordinator, management, and nursing teams. Take on-call responsibilities two days per week to cover the home when the Program Coordinator is on leave. This manager-in-training role in Easthampton, Westfield, and Wilbraham offers a pathway to leadership with competitive hourly pay starting at $22, health benefits, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid and current U.S. driver's license
- 1+ year of licensed driving experience
