Job Summary
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Program Director and Program Coordinators, House Managers, and staff of the Community Supports and Residential Programs. Perform general clerical duties including telephone coverage, mail handling, supplies control, and communications. Assist with scheduling, set up and maintain files, coordinate meeting logistics, take and distribute minutes, and handle special projects. Manage mileage logs and reimbursements, process inquiries related to payroll, and support staff with incident reports, in-services, audits, and routine administrative tasks across Claremore Area Program operations. Maintain documentation, order office supplies, assist with training materials and quarterly summaries, and support colleagues during staff training audits. Demonstrate core values of Client Centered Care, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence in daily administrative activities.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and effective oral and written communication
