Job Summary
Assistant Profit Center Manager in Solana Beach, CA. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, development, training, coaching, evaluation, and management of the Profit Center team; setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; analyzing performance data to implement strategies to increase sales, operating efficiencies, ROI, and profit sharing; assisting with servicing customers, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing and sales; building community relationships to expand market share; ensuring compliance with Company policies and Safety Standards (OSHA, DOT); safeguarding Profit Center assets; completing required safety and compliance training; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires 5+ years of sales and service experience, 1+ year leadership experience, college degree or equivalent industry experience, and valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications

- 1+ years leadership experience
- Be able to drive for company business
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess a proper and valid driver’s license
- Have a driving record that meets the criteria for being an Authorized Driver in accordance with Company policy
