Job Summary
Assistant Profit Center Manager responsible for leading the Profit Center team, recruiting, developing, and coaching staff; setting performance expectations and conducting regular evaluations; analyzing performance data to increase sales, improve operating efficiencies, manage assets, and increase ROI and profit sharing; assisting with customer service, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing and sales; building community relationships to expand market share and identify new markets; enforcing safety and compliance with company policies, OSHA, DOT, and related regulations; safeguarding assets including buildings, fleet, equipment, inventory, and receivables; completing required safety and compliance training; and performing other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years sales and service experience
- 1+ years leadership experience
- Be able to drive for company business
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess a proper and valid driver’s license
- Have a driving record that meets the criteria for being an Authorized Driver in accordance with Company policy
