Job Summary
Teach undergraduate and graduate I/O Psychology courses while conducting research in recruitment, selection, performance management, leadership, culture, and well-being. Lead collaborations among faculty, students, and community partners addressing urban issues in health, career outlooks, public safety, and civic engagement. Advise and mentor graduate students in their research activities. This tenure-track role supports the Psychology Department's mission to prepare students for diverse careers in health, education, business, and research through community-engaged teaching and service.
Required Qualifications
- evidence of research activity/publication in high quality, peer-reviewed I/O Psychology and Management journals
- effectively teach undergraduate and graduate psychology courses
- effectively advise/mentor graduate students in their research activities
- completed the requirements for a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology, or related field, by the position start date of August 23, 2027
- attach the necessary documents CV, Cover Letter, Teaching and Research Statements, Up to 3 sample research manuscripts, and 3 letters of recommendation
- satisfactory completion of a criminal background check
- verification of credentials
- all work performed as an employee of the University will be performed in Ohio
