Job Summary
Teach six undergraduate courses per academic year in research methods, statistics, and specialty areas while developing a research program that produces high-quality publications, grants, or books. Integrate research into teaching by contributing to Course-based Undergraduate Research Experiences and mentoring students pursuing undergraduate research opportunities. Provide service at the program, department, college, university, community, and profession levels. Preference is given to candidates with experience teaching and mentoring students at Hispanic-Serving Institutions or working with majority-Latinx student populations.
Required Qualifications
- A Ph.D. in sociology
