Job Summary
Endocrinologist (Assistant Professor of Medicine) to provide medical care to patients in internal medicine and endocrinology as a faculty/attending physician at Marshall Health facilities in Cabell, Wayne, Putnam and Mason Counties, WV. Responsibilities include supervision and clinical instruction of medical students, residents, and fellows; participate in rounds and present at Medical Grand Rounds; travel weekly (1-2 days) to affiliated outreach sites; affiliated with Marshall University. Requires MD or equivalent, Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology/Diabetes and Metabolism, and WV Medical License eligibility. Full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- MD or professional equivalent level degree in Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism
- West Virginia Medical License eligibility
