Assistant Professor of Management

Job Summary
Teach undergraduate and graduate management courses, develop and update course materials, advise and mentor students, assess learning outcomes, conduct scholarly research in management, publish work, participate in departmental, college, and university service, and engage with industry/community partners to support experiential learning, workforce development, and student career preparation. Areas of teaching may include Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, International Management, Strategic Management, Leadership, Hospitality Management, and Tourism; contribute to curriculum development and accreditation activities; maintain engagement with current management practices and emerging trends.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a doctorate (Ph.D. or DBA) in Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
