Job Summary
Teaching undergraduate and graduate management courses, developing and updating course materials, advising and mentoring students, and conducting scholarly research in management; publishing academic and professional work; participating in departmental, college, and university service including curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation; collaborating with industry partners for experiential learning, workforce development, and student career preparation; areas of teaching may include Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, International Management, Strategic Management, Leadership, Hospitality Management, and Tourism. The position requires AACSB-aligned scholarly activity, strong communication, and ability to engage with diverse students and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- doctorate (Ph.D. or DBA) in Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a closely related field from an accredited institution
