Job Summary

The Louisiana State University School of Music invites applications for a tenure-track position of Assistant Professor of French horn, beginning Fall 2026. Responsibilities include teaching applied horn across all degree programs, coaching chamber music, advising graduate students, and building a large studio of students. The ideal candidate will also contribute to national and international performance and teaching profiles, participate in faculty chamber music activities, and engage in faculty governance.
