Job Summary
Teach courses in human nutrition, kinesiology, exercise science, and public health, while contributing to core classes like Introduction to Exercise Science and the Senior Seminar. Supervise community internships and independent research, and deliver the Health and Wellness course for the general education program. Provide occasional support for First-Year programming and serve as an academic adviser. Engage in academic scholarship and professional activities, preferably involving undergraduate students, and fulfill various university committee appointments. This tenure-track position begins August 25, 2027, with a 9-month schedule and a teaching load of three courses per term plus one short-term course.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in kinesiology, exercise science, nutrition, public health or a related field
- expertise in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field
- experience (teaching or research) in nutrition, sports nutrition, and/or dietetics

- Undergraduate teaching experience
