Job Summary
Conduct and supervise direct patient care, including non-surgical treatment options, while examining, diagnosing, and treating diseases and injuries. Prescribe courses of treatment for patients with injuries, disorders, or malformations and perform required surgery. Provide outpatient and hospital consultation services, plan disease prevention programs, and maintain CME units per Board requirements. Document symptoms, medications, and treatment events in historical records, and exercise command of medical units as provided by law. Accept ownership for accomplishing new requests and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
