Job Summary
Assistant Professor of Clinical - Neurology on the clinical educator track in the Cognitive Division of the Department of Neurology at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Responsibilities include providing clinical care for patients in outpatient settings, training and mentoring physicians and staff, preparing and presenting at teaching conferences, supporting the Memory Diseases research program, and obtaining data to support future clinical research awards. The incumbent will participate in research projects and contribute to educational and mentorship activities within the Cognitive Division and Neurology Department. Requires an MD and Cognitive/Memory disorders Fellowship; board certification in Neurology is strongly recommended and eligible for Florida medical licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Requires an MD degree from a recognized accredited University (or foreign equivalent). Cognitive/Memory disorders Fellowship is also required and board certification in Neurology is strongly recommended.
- Eligible for Florida Medical License.
