Job Summary
Assist in evaluating experiential learning in nursing education and assessing learner performance to ensure alignment with course outcomes. Responsibilities include upholding syllabi and grading rubrics, attending faculty meetings, participating in committees and other faculty activities, supporting successful implementation of functional projects, and contributing to the program and institutional outcomes. Requirements include a Master’s degree in nursing, an active RN or APRN license, pursuit or attainment of a CNE credential within one year, and ongoing professional development. The role is remote with an in-person New Collaborator Orientation in Salt Lake City, Utah for travel and lodging covered by the College; includes budgeted hiring range of $83,000–$87,000 USD and equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- Earned Master’s degree with a major in nursing from an accredited institution
- Active, unencumbered RN or APRN license from state of residence
- Ability to obtain RN and NP licensure in any jurisdiction required by the College
- Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) credential or commitment to obtaining within one year
- Maintains current knowledge in multiple areas of nursing practice
