Job Summary
Tenure-track Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources at Saint Joseph’s University’s Haub School of Business. Responsible for teaching a 3-3 load across undergraduate, graduate, executive, and possibly doctoral courses, advising students, contributing to the curriculum, and maintaining an active research program with peer-reviewed outputs. Emphasis on Ethics and/or Diversity is preferred. Online education experience and curricular development are advantageous. Applicants should demonstrate strong teaching skills across undergraduate and graduate levels; ABD candidates near completion may be considered. Dedicated to service within the department, school, and university, with expectations aligned to tenure processes. Pay range is $125,000-$130,000 annually; notice to out-of-state applicants outlines geographic considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in business-related area with major or emphasis in organizational behavior, human resources or related area
- Ability to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels; prior teaching and research record; online education experience a plus
- ABD candidates within six months of graduation may be considered; strong research potential
