Job Summary
Conduct didactic and clinical nursing instruction across undergraduate programs, including flexible day, evening, and weekend schedules. Deliver simulation-based education and manage a standard teaching load of 24 credits per academic year. Maintain an unencumbered New York RN license and demonstrate five years of clinical experience while supporting the university's mission of social justice and community engagement. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- doctoral degree from an accredited college or university
- unencumbered current New York RN license
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
Desired Qualifications
- teaching experience in Nursing higher education—didactic and/or clinical nursing course experience
- nursing simulation and simulation-based education
- at least five (5) years of clinical experience
