Assistant Production Supervisor

Review, schedule, and plan production priorities, workflows, and schedules with group leaders while maintaining employee training records and documenting work instructions. Prep product labeling and pre-packaging before Quality Dept sign-off, and facilitate cause investigations for defective materials. Coordinate with customer service to track orders and establish realistic ship dates, incorporating process improvements into shop floor documentation. Practice and enhance safety practices while managing housekeeping activities. Requires ISO9001 experience, strong supervisory skills, and mechanical aptitude.
