Job Summary
Assistant Production Supervisor coordinates placement of personnel in the department, directs and controls shopfloor activities under the Department Supervisor, promotes team building, quality, growth and safety, assists with equipment maintenance, coordinates training and cross-training, supports 6S, handles production reporting and daily production data, helps resolve department-related issues, and ensures adherence to company policies and guidelines. Requires basic problem-solving, math, English literacy, and ability to read/interpret general procedures; experience with SAP/Warehouse Management is beneficial. 1st shift at Schaumburg, IL facility with an hourly rate of $28-$32 depending on experience.
