Job Summary
Assistant Production Manager in Fontana, CA to support front-line production teams. Oversees department daily workflow and schedules, may handle discipline and termination per policy, identifies and corrects inefficiencies in process, materials, equipment, or skills, and develops procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Aims to increase productivity and department efficiency. Requires an open associate degree in Management, Engineering, or Business, with at least 5 years in manufacturing and 3 years in a supervisory role (50–100 employees) and experience in the industrial electrical field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software is expected. Required Qualifications
