Job Summary

Assistant Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations within the Production Department. Responsibilities include leading daily operations, tracking and reporting KPIs to drive performance and customer satisfaction, managing staffing including scheduling, coaching, and training, participating in departmental recruiting, upholding CADY's quality standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for seniors and families, coordinating with external vendors for timely execution, and utilizing multiple software platforms to manage workflow and support team productivity. The role requires strong leadership, organizational and time-management skills, clear communication across departments, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. The position follows a Wed-Sun schedule with a later shift, and involves working in an office setting with the ability to lift up to 20 lbs; prior production/operations/ logistics experience is preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • 18 years or older
  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required with 2-5 years of managerial experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift products and supplies (up to 20lbs)
  • Must be comfortable regularly working in an office setting
  • Must be able to learn our types of events and product lines
  • Amazing communication skills with strong emphasis on internal and external customer satisfaction
