Assistant Production Manager

Assistant Production Manager responsible for supporting the Production Manager with maintenance activities including urgent defects on contracted defence platforms. Lead Subcontractors and Subcontractor Coordinators, initiate process improvements to ensure production quality assurance, and report to the Production Manager. Fixed-term role with potential permanency, based at the Australian Marine Complex in Henderson and on Garden Island, WA. Requires experience in maintenance management, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, project management, and ability to build a motivated technical team; ideally with large marine engineering or construction project experience. Australian citizenship with ability to obtain Defence Security Clearance and a valid AU drivers licence.
