Job Summary
Assist the Production Manager in organizing and supervising work within the Production Department, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff. Monitor production, quality, housekeeping, and safety standards while managing department budgets and enforcing company policies. Conduct ongoing training across all production areas and consult with engineering, sales, and service management to ensure smooth plant operations. Recommend changes to work methods and equipment usage to improve labor utilization and efficiency. Follow written and verbal instructions, attend meetings, and perform other tasks as directed by supervision.

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English

- Some business experience
- High School graduation or similar experience
- Driving a forklift
- Lifting up to 60 lbs
- Occasionally, to visit customers or possibly to attend training meetings
- Background and drug screening
