Assistant Production Manager (3IC) - Bounty Dairy

Assist Production Manager on the Bounty Dairy unit, taking on responsibilities across the full farming cycle. Lead milking operations, manage pasture planning and feed, monitor animal health, ensure environmental compliance for effluent systems, and coach junior team members to support day-to-day farm activities. Maintain high hygiene and milk quality standards, contribute to health and safety initiatives, and participate in training and development within a supportive team environment. Role includes a three-bedroom home and a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and hands-on farm management.
