Job Summary
Seeking an Assistant Production Line Lead for a full-time, onsite role at Deep Eddy Vodka's production site, focusing on safety, quality, and production goals on the bottling line.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or high-speed packaging experience (food/beverage preferred)
- Basic understanding of Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Strong teamwork and leadership ability
- Attention to detail in identifying defects in packaging, labeling, and product presentation
- Ability to follow SOPs and verbal directions in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to learn and adapt to new technology
- Familiarity with OEE/throughput metrics
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift/pallet jack certification and knowledge of safe chemical handling for sanitation
- Prior lead or backup lead experience preferred but not required
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work in hazardous or irritating environments
- Required to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
- Must be able to work from elevated platforms, aerial lifts, ladders, and scaffolding
