Assistant production H/F

Manage and monitor fiber optic construction site production elements, including field emergency handling and daily reporting dispatch. Track opening and closing of schedules, manage technician grids, and oversee incident ticket follow-up and intervention treatment progress. Secure interventions by requesting administrative authorizations, preparing technician schedules, and tracking intervention reports. Serve as the interface between technicians and clients, managing incoming calls with strong organizational skills and analytical synthesis. Requires Bac or Bac +2 degree with prior production management experience.
