This role provides essential support in delivering product marketing plans by coordinating project activities, tracking performance, and contributing insights and analysis to enable launches, growth, and optimization of products in line with business objectives. Responsibilities include tracking the 3-year product innovation pipeline, collecting and summarizing market/consumer/competitor data to build insight packs, supporting portfolio performance and pricing analyses for profitable growth, maintaining team trackers and onboarding documentation, coordinating sample tracking, timings, quotes and supplier submissions, preparing gate packs and minutes for timely approvals, researching new technologies and sourcing options to inform future opportunities, monitoring product performance to propose range implications, updating SKU trackers and renovation project documentation, coordinating sensory testing panels, and supporting product development from concept to lifecycle management. The role requires experience in marketing-related functions, cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools. Required Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, product marketing, or assistant brand management roles, ideally in FMCG or consumer products
  • Exposure to working with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, supply chain, sales)
  • Experience coordinating projects or supporting product launches
  • Familiarity with working with suppliers or external agencies
  • Understanding of marketing processes, innovation funnels, and product lifecycle management
  • Data analysis and reporting experience (e.g., market data, sales performance)
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Good commercial acumen and understanding of brand principles
  • Analytical skills to support data-based decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
