Job Summary
Coordinate sample tracking, cost analysis, and negotiation while managing the product development lifecycle from conception to market. Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality, budget adherence, and timely communications. Catalog incoming samples, organize cross-functional meetings, and input data into the PLM system. Assist in analyzing sales data, conducting market trend research, and preparing presentations for senior management approval. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and licensing team to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 – 3 years related experience and/or internship experience
- Buying background is a plus
- A foundational understanding of retail mathematics
- Proficient in MS Office to include Outlook and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership over projects
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
