Oversee supplier business plan execution and supplier–company alignment for assigned product lines; lead identification and development of new supplier opportunities and services that blend supplier capabilities with company offerings to create a unique value proposition. Manage cross-functional communication with product groups during price negotiations and market analysis; drive pro-forma supplier performance to meet Avnet’s financial goals; perform data analysis and reporting on program impacts; manage forecasting, rebates, and program metrics; coordinate with senior professionals and departments to achieve objectives. Often represents the organization on assignments/projects and interacts across teams to drive results.
