Job Summary
Lead and manage elements of the product line strategy for Corning's Solar business serving the US market, including solar modules, wafers and polysilicon; develop and implement product strategies, pricing, and roadmaps; collaborate with cross-functional teams and sales to maximize share and gross margin; articulate solar value propositions and ensure a competitive product trajectory; create, maintain, and deploy sales-support tools and communications; drive new product introductions and continuous improvement of selling decks; enable the sales organization with information to position Corning as an innovation leader; required leadership and cross-cultural collaboration experience in a global organization.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of business or management experience
- Experience leading a team
- Participation in multicultural and/or multi-geographic projects
